How It Works…

- Briefly describe your problem and what type of computer or device(s) you are having a problem with.
- Our Help Desk will call you back if we have any questions to ensure that your enquiry is assigned to an appropriate Support Technician.
- Your Technician will then call you at the scheduled time on the phone number provided.
- We also provide a Zoom link that you can use if you want to see us face to face.
- We will get you to run a small piece of software on your computer or device that allows us to connect remotely and securely so that we can work on your machine.
- Depending on what type of problem it is and whether we need you to interact with the machine (e.g. entering passwords), you can just leave us to it, or stick around and we’ll explain what we’re doing as we go.
- At the end of your session, the software is closed and is no longer installed or running on your machine – we take your security seriously.
